Opened the Stress Education Center in 1978 and authored book, "Guide to Stress Reduction." Training and coaching since 1981 mostly in Northern California and now in Washington. Written articles on business and productivity mostly posted on the web.
I am the proud father of a Southern California "Rock Star", guitar muscian, and poet, Mike Mason. In my travels to Southern California, I get to attend "shows."
After my wife, Barbara, transitioned from her life, I was guided to a new life purpose and started a non-religious, spiritual support community (Masters of the Journey.) If any of you remember the "nightmare" Jewish training I received from "Judea Congregation," you will understand why religion, even the concept of a "spiritual" community has taken 50 years of alienation to overcome for me. My son says that "people get "spiritual" when they are old or sick." Since I am neither, I have no excuse for wanting a community which supports consciousness and spirit. Personally, I left living in Southern California in 1970 because I had not found spirit, consciousness (which I could relate to,) or a tribe of people I liked or could trust enough. Life is interesting and my lessons can allow me to run full circle on my slow learning. In fact, running in circles is something I have become quite good at, though these days I really appreciate when the circles seem to be getting larger.
For me, I have No regrets and I work at taking responsibility. Life is a blessing!
